HS Ad Recruitment

Recruiting is to secure talents from outside. Its means and timing vary depending on new recruits and career employees. We also supplement the personnel pool by rotating people internally.


New recruits
Purpose : Recruit those with bachelors' or higher degrees through open competition in order to secure future talents

Time : once a year (first half or
second half); together with recruiting by the Group

Process :
Document Screening > LG Personality/Aptitude Test > 1st round Interview >
Camp interview > Executive interview
Career employees
Purpose : Recruit as needed when positions
become vacant due to resignations or during expansions.

Time : Ad hoc

Process :
Document screening > 1st round working-level interview > 2nd round executive interview
Internal Rotation
Purpose : Develop the career of employees
or raise efficiency by utilizing employees when outside hiring is not possible

Time : Fourth quarter (or as needed)

Process :
After a career development survey and a review by HR Team,
finalized by the company-wide HR Development Committee

The rank is based on the level of work performed,
and each rank has a designated title and tenure.
